Interior Design Service Stages
1. Appointment and Consultation
We will help you out to find the perfect time and date for the appointment that would most likely to take a place in our studio, Arcchic Design Lab. Our team will gladly indentify what kind of preference reflecting from your desire. The professionals from us and our selected contractor will carefully take a note for your exact needs. In order to accomplish the implementation for your interior design.
Furthermore, we’ll discuss all of the terms and condition, budget estimation, material specification, time execution estimation, and ask for the technical documentation you have from your designer to be reviewed by our team.
2. Visit and Measuring
A professional from our team will visit your property once you already go through the first process. Our professional team will measure and take notes on the existing condition at your property for our detailed design data needs, so there is no detail missed. Then our team will held a meeting to discuss your desire and needs, they will elaborates all of the program design needs, and assure every aspects are ready to get to the execution phase.
You will be charged Rp.500.000,00- for the site visit and measuring service.
*This rate applied for Jabodetabek area only. The rate for any areas outside Jabodetabek will have a few adjustment depending on the location.
3. Contract Agreement
After the consultation from the first site visit and measuring from our team, we’ll make a draft of the deal-contract for the Interior Service of ours and send it to you right away. We’ll wait until you agreed to sign and seal it back to us, you also required to pay for the down payment in order for us to start working on the design concept.
4. Design Concept
Our Team will propose a moodboard consisting of attachments corresponding to interior designs concepts such as the materials, color pallete, ambiance, furniture, lighting, etc., to give you a visualization about the interior design concept we are working on. Once you agreed about the moodboard, our team will proceed to the next step, which is the Schematic Design.
5. Schematic Design
Within 2-weeks period after the contract you already sign and seal up, and our expert team has been explored the solution and make the alternative option for the design you desired, in order to maximize the time and quality as well. Our professionals will make the Schematic Design that include portrayal of Elevation Drawing, Furniture Layout Plan, 3D visualization and rendering picture, in order to give you a bigger picture of the upcoming proposed design.
6. Design Development
Next, After we get your feedback, our design team will finalize the design. After that, we will require you to sign the deal-contract for further design development process such as producing Technical Drawings.
